A biller in BPI Online Banking is a company, institution, or service provider that partners with Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) to accept electronic bill payments from customers. This eliminates the need to visit a payment partner to pay your bills.
By registering a biller with BPI, you no longer have to retype your billing account number every month, saving time and minimizing errors. Therefore, we’ll teach you how to register a biller with BPI online banking so you can pay your bills with Meralco, Maynilad, PLDT, Globe, and many other companies and utilities.
Biller in BPI Enrollment Process
You can currently register a biller with BPI by accessing the “Manage Favorites” menu. This will add the biller to your list of favorite accounts, eliminating the need to enter their details again. To add a biller to BPI, you can use the website or app. Here are the steps:
- First, open the BPI app or access it via a web browser, then enter your account credentials.
- Then, open Settings, go to the More menu, scroll down, and select Settings.
- Next, manage your favorites by selecting the Transactions menu, clicking Manage Favorites, and then selecting Add New Favorite.
- Select the Biller Category. In the drop-down menu, select Billers.
- Then, search for Company Name and select the name of the billing agency or company you wish to register from the list provided.
- Next, enter the Reference Number by entering your billing reference number (e.g., customer account number, insurance policy number, or contract number) and click Continue.
