How to Join Landers Superstore
Here’s how to join Landers and get your membership card.
First, visit the Landers Superstore online store and click “Register for Membership.”
- Select your membership type. Click “New” for a Premium Membership Card if you’re a first-time sign-up, or “Renewal” to extend your existing membership. You can also click “Add Card Renewal” to extend the validity of your Landers membership card.
- Next, enter your personal information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and address. Select your preferred Landers branch and set a password. Click “Register” to continue.
- Your membership card has now been added to your cart. Enter your voucher code, if any, and click “Pay.”
- Choose your payment method. For this product, you can only select “Credit/Debit Card via PayMaya.” Cash on delivery is not available for membership orders. Click “Place Order.”
Next, Payment Method and payment
- It’s time to pay for your membership. If you have a Maya (PayMaya) account, you can click the “Pay with Maya” button.
- However, if you prefer to pay using your debit or credit card, enter your card details and click “Pay Now.”
- After you successfully pay, you will receive an email from Landers containing your membership code. Claim your membership card at any Landers Superstore branch. Simply show valid ID and the email at the membership counter.
Then, Landers Payment Successful
- You don’t need to claim your Landers membership card to start shopping online.
- As long as you’ve paid for your membership and received your Landers membership code, you can immediately start shopping for groceries at Landers online.
- You can view your membership by going to “My Membership.”
- There, you can link or unlink your card. Your card is automatically linked after paying for your membership.
How to Shop at the Landers Superstore
You’ve become a Landers member, and you can now start shopping in the store. If you haven’t downloaded the Landers Superstone app, you can download it from Google Play or the App Store. Open the app, tap START SHOPPING, and then sign in.
Then, select the items you want to purchase by clicking “Add to Cart.” These items will be added to your shopping cart. Once you’ve added all the items, click “Cart” to access your shopping cart.
From your shopping cart, you can remove items or add quantities for each item. Please note the personal shopper fee and shipping costs. Orders over ₱4,000 will ship free. Click “Checkout” to continue.
Then, provide your shipping address and mobile number for delivery notification. Click “Next” to continue. Click your preferred delivery schedule. You can also include any special instructions.
Click “Next” to proceed to payment.
After confirming everything is correct according to your shopping list, select your payment method. You can choose to pay by credit or debit card, or via cash on delivery (COD). Orders worth more than ₱5,000 are not eligible for COD.
Click “Place Order” to proceed with your order.
Check your email for your order confirmation. In some cases, Landers may contact you by phone or SMS to verify your order. Failure to respond to calls or SMS may result in your order being cancelled.
You can also track your order by going to My Orders > Track Order.
Complete. All you need to do is wait for your order to be shipped. Sit back and relax while your personal shopper prepares your items for packaging and shipping. Present a valid ID and your cash payment (if you choose COD) upon delivery of your order.
