A BDO Bank account with BDO Cash Pick-up also allows you to transfer money, and the recipient can pick it up at Cebuana Lhuillier, Palawan Pawnshop, and other remittance outlets.

All you need is a BDO online banking account and a smartphone or computer with internet access. You can then pick up your money at the nearest money transfer center.
How to Send Money Via BDO Online Banking
First, log in to your BDO online banking account through a web browser. Enter your one-time password (OTP) when prompted. In the menu on the left side of the page, click “Send Money,” then “For Cash Pickup at any BDO Branch/Partner.”
Then, fill out the money transfer form. Enter or select the sender’s details as follows:
- Settlement Type: Select “Pickup”
- Transaction Type:
- Cash Pickup Anywhere (for Palawan Pawnshop, RD Pawnshop, Villarica Pawnshop, and BDO Network Bank)
- Cebuana Cash Pickup (for Cebuana Lhuillier)
- MLKP Cash Pickup (for MLhuillier)
- Transfer From: Select your bank account
- Amount
- Sender’s Name (Enter Last Name, First Name, and Middle Initial)
- Address: Enter your city, municipality, or province
- Mobile Number
- Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
Enter the recipient details as well, such as:
- Receiver Name (Last Name, First Name and Middle Initial)
- Receiver Address: Enter your recipient’s city, municipality or province
- Birth Date (MM/DD/YYYY)

- Message to Receiver

- Purpose of Transaction
Double check all the details you entered, then when you are finished, click “Submit.” Note that there is a ₱100 service charge.
Next, Scroll down and click “Send.” If you wish to cancel the transaction, click “Cancel.”
Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. Click “Send” to proceed with the fund transfer.
Please wait a moment. Your money transfer request is being processed. Copy the reference number and provide it to the recipient. The recipient must provide the reference number when picking up the money at your chosen remittance center.
Funds can be picked up 2 to 4 business days after the transfer is made. To check the status of your BDO Remit transaction, simply visit this page and enter your reference number. You will also receive an email with all the information regarding your money transfer request, including the reference number.
How to Send Money Via the BDO Mobile App
You can also use the BDO mobile banking app to send money from BDO to local money transfer centers if you prefer the app over the website. Here’s how to transfer money from your BDO mobile banking app account to Palawan Pawnshop, Cebuana Lhuillier, MLhuillier, and other money transfer outlets:
First, open the BDO mobile app and log in using your username and password. Once logged in, select the “SEND MONEY” tab at the bottom of the screen.
Then select “For Cash Withdrawal at any BDO Branch/Partner.”
Provide the following sender information:
- Transaction type:
- Cash Pickup Anywhere (for Palawan Pawnshop, RD Pawnshop, Villarica Pawnshop, and BDO Network Bank)
- Cebuana Cash Pickup (for Cebuana Lhuillier)
- MLKP Cash Pickup (for MLhuillier)
- Transfer from: Select your bank account.

- Address: Enter your city, county, or province.

Enter the recipient details as follows:
- Receiver Name (Last Name, First Name and Middle Initial)
- Receiver Address: Enter your recipient’s city, municipality or province.
- Zip Code: This is optional.
- Birth Date (MM/DD/YYYY)

- Purpose of Transaction: You can write “fund transfer.”
- Template Name: This is required. Enter the name of the template, which you can use again in the future (for example: “BDO to Palawan”).
- Template Description: This is required. Write a short sentence to describe the template (for example: “For my friend.”)
Once you have completed filling in the details and have double-checked that what you have entered is correct, press “CONFIRM.” The BDO cash withdrawal fee is ₱100 per transaction.
If everything is correct, tap “CONTINUE.”
Please wait a moment. Your remittance request is being processed. Once notified, copy the reference number and provide it to your recipient, who will use it to pick up the money at your selected remittance center. If you don’t see the reference number in the app, simply check the email sent to you by BDO.
How to Claim the Money
After sending money, the recipient must go to a money transfer center based on the transaction type you selected to collect the money. For example, if you select “Pick Up Cash Anywhere,” the recipient can pick up the money at RD Pawnshop, Villarica Pawnshop, or Palawan Pawnshop branches.
Here are the steps if you’re confused:
- Visit a BDO cash withdrawal partner or the nearest money transfer outlet. (Don’t forget to bring a valid ID.) Fill out the Cash Receipt Form with the following details:
- Sender’s name
- Sender’s mobile number
- Recipient’s name
- Recipient’s mobile number
- Reference number
- Remittance amount
- Submit the completed Cash Receipt Form to the cashier along with your valid ID.
- Take your cash, ID, and a computer-generated copy of the form.
- Count your money before leaving.
- Please note that Palawan Express Pera Padala is different from Palawan Pawnshop and is not a BDO cash withdrawal location.
