BDO Nomura has now officially changed its name to BDO Securities. In late 2020, BDO Unibank acquired the remaining shares of Nomura Holdings. As a result, the BDO Nomura entity merged into BDO Securities Corporation (BSC), which now serves as the single platform for investing in stocks and other securities in the Philippines.

BDO Nomura (now BDO Securities) is an online stock brokerage platform in the Philippines that allows clients to buy and sell shares of companies listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE). The service is a collaboration between BDO Unibank (the largest bank in the Philippines) and Nomura Holdings (a Japanese financial giant). The platform serves as a bridge for the general public to own shares in major Philippine companies (such as SM Investments, Jollibee, Ayala Land, etc.).
